You will have to enter the main door of the condo building for entry into the unit. There is shrubbery and landscaping so there is no noise from the parking lot. The ocean is literally steps away from your door. What's also really impressive about Station One is the walk ability to Wrightsville Beach's restaurants and Roberts Grocery store just 1 block from the condo. Be sure to explore Tower 7 Mexican Grill, King Neptunes or South Beach Grill for dinner options. Grab a coffee at Adapt Kitchen or a quick lunch at the famous Trolley Stop hot dog shack. Coffee and smoothies are right across the street at The Workshop. For exercise enthusiasts, the 2.45 mile sidewalk known as "the loop" is the place to go! The loop will circle the beach and interior sections of the island. Inside, you will enjoy comfortable seating in the living room with a large TV, wifi, dvd player and plenty of books and puzzles. There are also coloring books, Uno and games for the kids! The kitchen opens up the the living room, breakfast bar and dining room table for six. The balcony has a table and seating for outdoor, fresh air meals as well. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker and Keurig. The master bedroom sleeps 2 in a new king bed. It has sliding door access to the balcony perfect for morning coffee and the sound of the waves. It also has a TV. The second bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed. The sofa in the living room also has a pull out couch. Two full bathrooms were completely renovated in February 2019 and give everyone access to showers. Linens and bath towels are provided. Within a few steps down the street, many restaurants await you including a coffee shop and many local eateries. Menus and suggestions can be found in the condo. You will find everything you need close by as you are in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Washing machines and dryers are located on each floor of the condo complex. There is not a washer and dryer inside the unit. There is also 24 hour security and maintenance on the premises. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the complex. The pool opens mid to late April and is typically open through October. It is not heated. Times may vary based on the weather. Tennis courts have been updated and are open.

There is also built in storage in the corner of the living room containing board games, playing cards, puzzles, DVDs and much more for your entertainment. The outside of the home offers the following features: Front-loading washer and dryer - Detergent is provided. Private, outdoor shower – The perfect area to rinse off the sun lotion and sand after a long day at the beach. The shower has both hot and cold water and an area to store your towel and clothes while you shower. Undercover Carport – For storing your vehicle(s) or beach toys, especially nice on rainy days. Clothing Line – For hanging up your wet bathing suits, clothes, towels so they can dry in the fresh ocean breeze. Freeman Park and the North End fishing pier & Hi Tide bar (best view on the island!)/ Lo Tide tiki bar are only 2 blocks away. The boardwalk is ~ 1 mile. New queen bed in the bedroom and a full futon in the living area. 1.5 baths allows for up 4 people to share this space comfortably. Washer and dryer. Wifi w roku. As you come inside store your flip flops under the built in bench in the entry way that opens up to the first floor private bedroom that is perfect for guests or in-laws. This bedroom has a queen size bed, 47 inch LED HD TV and attached full bath including a beautifully tiled walk in shower and like all the bedrooms a walk in closet. Before you go upstairs take a look in the oversized garage at all the beach toys that await you like his and her bikes, a gas BBQ grill and beach chairs. Reasonably priced top floor condo (elevator on site) with full kitchen at the drawbridge just off the Intracoastal Waterway. You can walk to 8 restaurants, buy fresh seafood at Mott's, Look at all the ridiculous boats at the multiple marinas and watch the trawlers and sailboats heading North or South depending on the season. If you are looking for great location but something reasonable while in Wilmington or the same while you stay at the beach, this studio should do the trick. It is located right at the drawbridge and we love the walkability of the area and the access to the loop. In the summer, the pool is open and the weekends bring people to town but still there is a cool "times gone by" vibe. We welcome visitors from all over the world to stay at our condos!
